Welcome to Nest & Nook, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any purchases or engagements you make with Nest & Nook, LLC.

By accessing our website or hiring us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.

Nest & Nook, LLC provides home and dorm decor products and design services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of our policies.

• All product sales are final unless otherwise noted.
   
• Payments must be made in full before products are shipped or services are rendered.
   
• Custom work may require a deposit and written approval of designs.
   

Due to the nature of decor and customized services, all sales are considered final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days.

Nest & Nook, LLC reserves the right to photograph completed spaces we design or decorate. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website galleries, advertising, and portfolio presentations.

• We will not include personally identifying information such as names, addresses, or visible faces without your express written consent.
   
• If you prefer not to have photos of your space used, you must notify us in writing prior to the scheduled photoshoot or final service appointment.
   

All content, designs, and images on our website or created by Nest & Nook, LLC are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without permission.

Nest & Nook, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or services.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our site or services, you consent to the practices outlined in that policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted to our website with the updated effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
