At Nest & Nook, LLC, we take pride in offering unique, high-quality home and dorm décor. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have outlined the following return policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on décor items, furnishings, or custom design services. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
We understand that issues may occasionally arise during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist. To be eligible for a replacement or resolution: - You must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. - Email us at nestandnookdesigns@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
